No. Leader Health complements primary care — it doesn't replace it. We focus on the biomarkers and therapies within our scope and will always recommend you maintain a relationship with a primary care physician for general, urgent, and preventive care. Who prescribes my treatment, and are the clinicians licensed?

We don't sell medication without a clinician's review — therapy is prescribed only when it's appropriate for your history, your labs, and your goals.

Your initial consult is a structured review of your health history and lab results with a licensed clinician, by video or secure messaging depending on the visit. The clinician explains what your markers mean, answers your questions, and — if a therapy is indicated — discusses options, expected timeline, and monitoring. Follow-up check-ins happen quarterly, with messaging available anytime in between.

What qualifies me for a therapy?

Eligibility is based on the full clinical picture — your symptoms, your history, and your lab values together — not a single number in isolation. For hormone therapy, for example, a clinician weighs your symptoms alongside confirmatory labs before prescribing. If a therapy isn't appropriate or isn't the right fit yet, your clinician will tell you and explain why.

As with all telehealth pharmacies, dispensed prescription medications can't be returned once shipped.
